We
recently were invited to a Sunday BBQ by our friends Prashant and Ayesha – they
run Delhi Food Tours.
Prashant’s
parents have a farm out near Faridabad which provided the perfect setting for a
Sunday of beer and BBQ. The weather was perfect, the farm is a relaxing
sanctuary from the chaos of Delhi and the beer went down very well.
Prashant’s
father, Prem, is a bit of a BBQ expert. The Indian take on the BBQ was very tasty
and went down a treat.
