The
view looking across to the old city of Jerusalem was pretty spectacular. I’ve
seen the photos in books but to see it for yourself was something else.
The
Dome of the Rock standing out across the skyline of Jerusalem is like looking
back in history.
I
could feel myself imagining being a Roman soldier or a Crusader knight,
standing on this very spot looking out to the city as it looked at those times.
